Replacements and returns

You can return any item purchased  no later than 30 (thirty) days from the date of delivery of the order by sending an email to our customer care.

Our Customer Service will provide you with the return authorization and all the information on how to proceed.

Returned products must meet the following requirements:

• Each garment or shoe must be returned with all labels and tags attached, and including all original packaging and accessories (dustbags, hangers, clothes covers, etc.) received with the order.
• Swimwear must be tried on over your personal underwear. Returns will be refused and sent back to the customer if the items show signs of use.
• Returns must be sent inside the original pack, which must be well sealed with adhesive tape (if the tape is not personalized, it is preferable to sign it with an indelible marker).

Mstina.it reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and bear the shipping costs for returning the goods to its warehouses.

Mstina.it reserves the right not to accept returns shipped with couriers other than the one indicated in the email with the return instructions if the delivery involves additional costs for Mstina.it or requires collection at a branch of the courier.

The right of withdrawal for contracts concluded on the Mstina.it website is excluded in accordance with art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code relating to the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized.
For each good to which the exclusion of withdrawal applies, Mstina.it provides the customer with a specific indication directly in the product sheet.

However, Mstina.it has the right to accept the request for withdrawal also for goods excluded from this right, if at its sole discretion it deems it appropriate for justified reasons.

For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European legislation for distance trading prevails.

RETURN AUTHORISATION:

In the return authorization email, the Customer Care will let to the Customer all information to proceed with the return of the goods (date of picking, name of carrier, how to close the box, shipping costs etc.)

REFUND:

Upon receipt of the package, after checking the integrity of the items, Mstina.it will issue the refund.

The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded.

In the case of a return or size change, the shipping costs will be calculated according to the following table:

• Free returns for any product imperfections or size changes
• Returns at a cost of € 10.00 for item exchange or product return (to be deducted from the amount that will be returned)
• Extra EEC return: methods to be agreed with the customer
