For order amounts less than or equal to 200,00 € (Extra EU area) the expected amount is

DELIVERY OF GOODS:

Upon arrival of the goods, customers are required to carefully inspect the package before affixing a signature proof of delivery of the shipment.

The products are packed in a custom cardboard box. If for any reason the seal or the packaging appears tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, customers are advised to sign the receipt with reservation, or refuse delivery.

In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are asked to immediately report the incident to the carrier and to contact our customer care.

If the package is damaged, the packaging must be kept for further checks.
